Duties:

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  
  
• Excellent at gathering requirements and working with business to clearly identify needs
  
  
• Track record of developing Use Cases
  
  
• Ideal candidate would have some technical knowledge of SQL Reporting
  
  
• Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
  
  
• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
  
  
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation
  
  
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  
  
• Adhere and comply with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Release Management processes and procedures

• 3 or more years recent experience designing, developing, maintaining and supporting Dynamics AX, SAS or Sales force
  
  
• Supply chain experience is ideal
  
  
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with Master Data Management; Supply Chain Demand Planning and Optimization;
    
    
• CRM
  
  
  • Skilled at working as a liaison between IT departments and the business (relationships)
    
    
• 4 year degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent
