Job Description:
Assist Project Lead in the gathering of requirements, documentation and testing of all functional changes
Obtain expert level knowledge in all front office systems including: Black Mountain Everest (Trading/Compliance) and a number of proprietary systems; leverage this knowledge to assist in researching issues, designing workflow for new products
Work closely with technology and business user staff to complete workflow improvement and research projects
Document functional specifications for systems and workflow changes
Execute testing of all internal and external systems upgrades or enhancements
Assist with system upgrade planning
Be aware of industry initiatives and upcoming standards and apply them to the Company organization.
Create test plans and scripts and facilitate the SDLC process

Experience and Skills Required:
Must have strong fixed-income product knowledge, particularly bank loans, CLO’s, CDO’s variable rates securities
Must have experience with industry standard trading, compliance and analytics platforms (At least one of the following: Blackmountain Everest, BB, Algorithmics, Barra, Credit Delta, Latent Zero)
Knowledge of fundamental analysis is a definite plus
BS or BA in Finance or Computer Science
Minimum five years of investment management operations experience
Alternative Investements or private equity experience is a plus
Computer Skills:
• Basic development skills required in C# .Net or SQL
