Job Description:
Facilitate transfer orders between accounts
Serve as primary back for evaluating trade orders and processing client transactions
Establish new client accounts, as well as coordinate initial and subsequent investments
Perform general account maintenance
Facilitate information flow to internal departments and outside offices
Provide quality service to clients, banks, trust companies, broker/dealers, and service providers
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, policies and regulations relating to investment operations
Perform general account maintenance
Special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Four plus years experience in Investment Operations
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to learn and understand quickly in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Extensive analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work well in a team environment
Motivate to self-teach skills and apply learned knowledge to applicable tasks
Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
Strong computer skills using databases, email and Microsoft Office products
Receptive to feedback and guidance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics (or related field) with a 3.0 GPA or higher
