Job Description:
As a member of the marketing team, the Marketing Operations Specialist will support the response process for questionnaires and repetitive client/consultant/website requests by analyzing and completing data and information requests across multiple investment strategies.
Additional responsibilities include:
Interacting with all functional areas across the company in completing marketing requests, including but not limited to portfolio management, portfolio analysis and reporting, marketing representatives, client services, accounting, compliance, legal and operations;
Selecting or drafting accurate and consistent responses to routine or nuanced client requests; performing supporting financial analysis and recognizing and resolving information discrepancies;
Assessing requests, scheduling and completing updates on consultant website databases; and
Updating and ensuring the integrity of internal stored content databases.
Additional responsibilities include:

Job Requirements:
Required Experience:
2-3 years experience within a finance or accounting role, preferably within the investment management industry.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Advanced in Microsoft Excel: Financial, Logical, Lookup and Reference Functions. Some Macro/VBA familiarity.
Proficient in MS Access: Ability to create and join databases, write queries and reports.
Personal Attributes:
The successful candidate will have outstanding initiative and a strong work ethic.
Ability to analyze financial data and recognize potential issues.
The candidate must have excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
The candidate must be detail-oriented, have the resolve to research problems and offer solutions.
He/She will be organized and able to manage multiple projects with differing priorities to meet deadlines.
The candidate will be team-oriented and must possess strong integrity and professionalism.
EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
