Job Interview

Answer to: Tell me what you liked and didn’t like about each of the firms you have worked with?
  • For example, you can state that what you don’t like about your current firm is that they are very small, and thus have limited resources (assuming the firm you are interviewing with is large and has a lot of resources!).

  • The other way works as well, you can say that your current firm is very big and corporate, which is why you are looking for a role with a smaller and intimate company (assuming the prospective employer is a small and intimate company!)

  • You can state that your former firm is very corporate and full of red tape and you work well in more intimate and close relationships (assuming firm is small).

  • You can state that you like structure and clear and concise vision which you can only find at a well established and solid company (compared to a small shop).
