Answer to: Why are you interested in this Job?
Answer should focus on how you can add value to the role based on your expertise, product knowledge, experience, licensure, etc. Your answer should also show how this role will provide you with learning upside and expose you to new products you have not worked with, or dealing with a different market share, etc, and how that in turn will be challenging and thus rewarding for your continued career growth.
The other part is that you have to make sure to answer this about the job of today. What you DON’T want to do is say how this role can be a great stepping stone to your next career move. That will detract from the job of TODAY and make the employer think you are committed to the position for only two years and then you will leave. Keep the future out of it and focus only on the actual role of today – the one for which you are being interviewed.
