Describe a problem that you faced brought on by another colleague, and show your willingness to first resolve it between the two of you (this shows you team effort, willingness to compromise and communicate), and if this still did not work out, show you escalated it to the supervisor or manager of the team, with the colleague completely involved in all phases (this shows you did nothing behind that person’s back).

The key in this question is to think back to a negative situation and show how because of YOU, you were able to solve it in a positive matter that proved to be a win win for all involved.
