Print out the “ABOUT US” from the company’s hope page.

If you are going through a recruiter, make sure the recruiter updates you about the firm as well.

You can review this print out right before you head into your interview. Just a brief summary is sufficient, but have this in your Notebook so you can review it before entering the interview, so you sound knowledgeable and prepared.

Linked  - IN also has a company summary information and that’s a great resource to get information.

Another top resource are recent press releases or articles that you can either google or find on the compay’s media section.

Information is key. Share any recent articles that you have read about the firm to the person you are meeting and see if a discussion can result from this.

Make sure to also pull the public Linked-IN profiles on the individuals you are meeting. This will give you an added edge to know about their background.
