This is the point where you circle back and point out those strengths and qualities you have as they relate to the job they need filled. This is not about how nice you are, and that you really need the job, and you’ll be loyal. This is about them needing XYZ experience, and you having XYZ experience from your last firm. This is about you working in marketing and has direct experience in marketing, and they need someone in marketing. You have to show them what they are looking for, and how you have what they are looking for. That’s why they should hire you.
