Job Interview

Answer to: Are you interviewing elsewhere and if so, what types of roles are they for?

Of course you are – and even if you are not – you still tell them you are! And always state that the other interviews are for very similar roles as the one you are here for today. You want to show the employer “focus”, that this is the job / career of your choice. They don’t need to know that one job is in accounting and the other is in marketing (I am exaggerating of course, but I want you to get the concept). Never reveal too much information. Give them the information they want and NEED to hear to feel confident about you. Once an offer is made, then you will finally be in the driver’s seat and then decide if this is a role you really want and will be happy with.
