Job Interview

Interview Question Nineteen:

** This question is suited if you are interviewing for a job of a supervisor / manager that will entail you managing or supervising staff) Question:

If I spoke with your past staff that you managed, how would they describe you?

This is a trick question, recognize that you are interviewing for a position that requires management / supervision, and you don’t know anything about your new staff that you may be leading. You may have a tough group, or you may have an easy group. Management style changes based on whom and how your team under you works. To be “PC” (politically correct”) your management style really changes based on the staff, being hands on if needed, and being hands off if needed.
