What are your weaknesses?

Careful here – they are asking in plural – you just answer ONE weakness, if they ask you for a second one be prepared – but this is not the time to go on and on!! Also, if you are applying for a marketing role, and your weakness is that you are introvert, well, the interview will probably end right away – so again, make sure the weakness does not affect the job!
