Why do you want to leave your current employer?

This will depend on your situation – are you still working / did you quit / get laid off / relocate, etc. Also, if you have several firms in your career history, you may want to practice how to answer this question for each specific firm (some may have been due to relocation; some may have been due to you resigning for a better career opportunity, etc.
